  • About the Speakers

  • Dr. Freedman currently is Vice-President of Foot and Ankle Specialists of the Mid-Atlantic, LLC and a board member of US Foot and Ankle Specialists, a single specialty podiatry group practice of 82 podiatrists with 47 locations. He is a past President of the Maryland State Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners. He has been active nationally as a Committee member and now Chair of the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA) Coding Committee. He is the CAC representative from Maryland. He is board certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is a Fellow, American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and Fellow, American Society of Podiatric Surgeons. He is certified from the American Academy of Professional Coders and is a Certified Professional Medical Auditor.
