Know how to document a 'Medically Appropriate" history and examination 3. Understand the meaning of the components of an E&M Service and how to use them properly in order to code correctly 4. Understand the appropriate documentation and coding associated with remote monitoring services Speakers: Allen Jacobs, DPM; Michael Warshaw, DPM & Michael Brody, DPM Dr. Jacobs is in pvt. practice in St. Louis, MO. He is a nationally recoginzed author, researcher and a noted authority of surgery of the foot. Dr. Warshaw is a practicing podiatrist in FL and a Certified Professional Coder with over 25 yrs. of successful coding, managment & training experience for podiatric practices. Dr. Brody has been in pvt. practice since 1988. He lectures nationally on compliance for medical doctors and staff.
