Allen Jacobs, DPM

Dr. Allen M. Jacobs, DPM is a foot and ankle surgeon in Saint Louis, MO specializing in Foot & Ankle Surgery and Podiatry (Foot & Ankle Medicine). He graduated from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in 1973 and has 48 years of experience. Dr. Allen M. Jacobs, DPM is affiliated with Mercy Hospital - St. Louis and Mercy

David Hoffman, Esq

David N. Hoffman is a health care lawyer and clinical ethicist in New York, where he is a lecturer in Bioethics and full-time core faculty member of the Columbia University Master’s Program in Bioethics. He also teaches in the areas of law, medicine and ethics at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine where he holds an appointment as a Clinical Assistant Professor. He also serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for Carthage Area Hospital.

Joseph D'Amico, DPM

Dr. Joseph C. D'Amico is a noted author and lecturer, and currently has a private practice in New York City. He is a Professor and a Past Chairman in the Division of Orthopedics at New York College. He is Board Certified in Foot & Ankle Orthopedics, a Fellow of the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Foot & Ankle Pediatrics.

Michael Brody, DPM

Dr Brody received his initial education as an undergraduate at MIT and He received his DPM from NYCPM in 1987 and completed his residency at DVAMC Northport. He has served on the Health Information Technology Standards Panel (HITSP), the Standards and Interoperability Framework (S&I), as a member of the Ambulatory Care Committee at the Certification Commission on Health Information Technology (CCHIT), and numerous other organizations. He is currently a member of the Physicians Committee at the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and a co-Chair of the EHR workgroup at Health Level Seven International (HL7)

Matthew Feldman, Esq

Mr. Feldman represents business entities, including health care professionals and institutions, in legal matters including the defense of post-payment audits initiated by private and governmental health plans; corporate formations and governance; contract negotiation and preparation; regulatory compliance matters including HIPAA, Stark Law, and the Anti-kickback Law; providing quality assurance and professional review activities related to federal and state employment law and regulations, advising employers on the drafting and negotiation of non-compete agreements and the preparation of employment policies and handbooks. Mr. Feldman also concentrates his practice in professional liability matters before New York Education Department’s Office of Professional Discipline and the Department of Health’s Office of Professional Medical Conduct, corporate transactions, settlements, personal and corporate tax matters, the renewable energy sector, debtor/creditor issues, international, health, and employment matters. Mr. Feldman defends against employment discrimination suits before the New York State Division of Human Rights (DHR) and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and has represented employers in private labor arbitrations. Mr. Feldman maintains a foreign language proficiency in both Arabic and Spanish to benefit his domestic and international clients.)
