John Floyd Jr., Esq.

John Floyd, Jr. is a trial lawyer with jury trial experience, including first-chair experience, at the state and federal trial court levels. He is also well-versed in pre-trial practice and has successfully argued pre-trial motions ranging from summary judgment in healthcare liability cases to contempt petitions in divorce cases. Mr. Floyd focuses his practice on matters involving medical malpractice, business and corporate litigation, and divorce and family law. In 2013, John graduated from Sewanee: The University of the South where he earned a bachelor’s degree with a major in Political Science and a minor in Classical Languages. He then went on to earn a Juris Doctor in 2016 from the University of Memphis. John is an active member of the Tennessee Bar and his local community.

Lori Allesee

Lori Allesee, General Counsel for Airrosti

Licensed for more than 15 years, Lori L Allesee is a Health Law lawyer in Texas who attended St. Mary's University School of Law. Ms. Allesee currently serves as General Counsel for Airrosti.

Jason Garrett, DC

Jason Garrett, DC and Chief Medical Officer Airrosti

Dr. Garrett graduated top of his class and valedictorian to Texas Chiropractic College after completing his biology degree. He spent two years in professional soccer and he likes to say, he tests the limits of Airrosti's ability to fix injuries with his propensity for getting injured playing sports from dodge ball to golf. Doctor Garret is responsible for overall quality assurance throughout Airrosti's 250 locations. He has been a consultant and treating provider of the Cowboys, the Rockets, the Spurs, the Warriors, the Nuggets, for USA Men's Gymnastics, for USA Diving, for the University of Texas at Austin and Baylor and Rice. He's a sports injury expert on two different radio sports talk shows. He also serves on the OUM Medical Advisory Committee.

Dr. Luke Cicchinelli, DPM, is the Chief Medical Director pf PICA with over 30 years’ experience both domestically and internationally as a podiatric surgeon, consultant, speaker, and educator in sports medicine, reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle, and diabetes limb salvage.
