Ms. Stewart is a shareholder in the Litigation Practice of Greenberg Traurig’s Dallas office. Ms. Stewart focuses her practice on commercial disputes over a variety of industries, including health care, restaurant franchising, oil and gas, technology, and financial services. She advises clients on contract disputes, employment issues, real estate rights, franchise disputes, and negligence defense. Ms. Stewart has tried a high-stakes complex commercial dispute to verdict, argued dispositive motions, handled pre-trial evidentiary disputes, taken and defended depositions, and negotiated settlements when a pre-trial resolution best served the client’s business goals. Ms. Stewart serves clients by continuously learning about their businesses, assessing and mitigating risk, while ensuring the firm’s resources are leveraged to provide continued value to each client. Additionally, Ms. Stewart serves as the creator and host of the Women In Law On The Record podcast, a podcast that highlights female attorneys who share lessons learned, unexpected challenges, and future goals. Before joining the firm, she developed a guiding appreciation for the demands on in-house counsel by working throughout her time in law school in the General Counsel’s office of a global pharmaceutical and medical device company.

Dr. Cicchinelli is the Chief Medical Director for PICA. He is a 1090 graduate of Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. He is a faculty member of the Podiatry Institute in Atlanta, Georgia. He practiced for 19 years in the USA between North Carolina and Arizona and over 10 years between Australia and Spain, focusing primarily on reconstructive surgery and sports medicine of the foot and ankle and teaching.
