  • Be able to distinguish lymphedema from venous congestion and diabetic vascular complications

  • Have knowledge of early recognition of lymphedema and signs of chronic fluid retention

About the Speaker:

Jonathan Moore, DPM, Ph.D., MS

Dr. Jonathan Moore is a board-certified physician nationally and internationally recognized for his expertise across several disciplines, including medical economics, fall prevention, wound care and biomechanics. He is equally distinguished in another field having earned a Ph.D. in Biblical History and Archaeology. Moore now serves as an adjunct faculty member at the Graduate School of Theology at Freed-Hardeman University. Dr. Moore's academic achievements also include two Master's degrees complementing his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM). Moore was the previous founder and managing partner of Cumberland Foot and Ankle Centers of Kentucky, now a part of Upperline Health. He is widely published on numerous foot and ankle related topics and serves on multiple professional boards.
