About the Speaker
Joe M. George, DPM, FACFAS
Dr. George, a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon, earned his bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Illinois and his doctorate in podiatric medicine from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. Following his education, he completed residencies at Jesse Brown VA Medical Center and a foot and ankle reconstruction fellowship in Germany, now specializing in ankle fracture management, replacement, sports medicine, and boasting over fifteen years of experience in foot and ankle surgery at Illinois Orthopedic Institute.
