    About the Speaker:

    Mario A. Cala, DPM

    Dr. Mario Adrian Cala earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine. He worked for over 5 years as a Podiatry Surgical Residency Director & Chief of Podiatry Surgery Department at Jackson North Medical Center. He completed a surgical residency, as well as fellowships in both Sports Medicine / Reconstructive Surgery at Mercy Hospital, and ilizarov Traumatology and Reconstruction in Russia. Surgical in nature, he received an equally focused training in clinical podiatric medicine.
