    About the Speaker:

    Thomas Chang , DPM

    Dr. Chang is a board-certified podiatric surgeon who specializes in conditions of the foot and ankle. A graduate of Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pa., he completed his residency in podiatric medicine and surgery at Emory / Northlake regional Medical Center in Atlanta, Ga. He is Clinical Professor and Past Chairman in the Department of Podiatric Surgery at the California School of Podiatric Medicine at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, as well as past chief of podiatric surgery at UCSF Medical Center at Mount Zion.
    Currently, Dr. Chang practices at Sonoma County Orthopedic / Podiatric Specialists. He is a faculty member of The Podiatry Institute. Dr. Chang has contributed articles to numerous medical journals and is author of the textbook, “Master Techniques in Podiatric Surgery: The Foot and Ankle.”
