  • Michael L. Brody, DPM : With more than 30 years of experience in the field of medicine and the application of technology to the practice of medicine, Dr. Brody currently operates a private practice in Southold, New York He served as a staff podiatrist and clinical instructor at the Veterans Administration Medical Center, where he founded the podiatry residency program. He currently serves on the Physicians Committee at HIMSS and as a Co-Chair of the EHR Workgroup at HL7 where he is spearheading an effort to develop functional models and FHIR implementation guides on clinical topics related to treatment of the foot. An expert in his field, Dr. Brody has traveled across the nation educating many businesses and healthcare organizations in the field of Health Information Technology (HIT) and Meaningful Use. Michael L. Brody, DPM has been board certified with the ABPM since 1996
