    About the Speaker:

    Luke Cicchinelli, DPM

    Dr. Luke Cicchinelli is the Chief Medical Director of PICA with over 30 years’ experience both domestically and internationally as a podiatric surgeon, consultant, speaker, and educator in sports medicine, reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle, and diabetes limb salvage, including 28 years as a lead surgeon on humanitarian missions in pediatric surgery in Central and South America. His wife, Dr. Devonne Roman, DPM is also a podiatrist and they have worked together in private practice and he as a consultant surgeon in multiple clinics throughout the US, Spain and the European Union as well as Saudia Arabia, and Australia.

    About the Speaker:

    Wilbert R. Vancol, J.D

    Wilbert Vancol is a graduate of the University of Florida and the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He currently represents health care providers, hospitals and governmental entities in a variety of malpractice and complex litigation matters. Additionally, Mr. Vancol's practice includes representing clients in administrative matters and appellate actions. Currently, he serves as Co-Chair of the Medical Malpractice Committee with the Florida Defense Lawyers Association. Mr. Vancol is active in the community and volunteers as youth basketball and soccer coach at the Downtown Orlando YMCA. He has also served as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Orange County Library System. Mr. Vancol was invited to become a Shareholder on January 1, 2024 and the Firm will now be styled McEwan, Martinez, Dukes, Hall & Vancol, PA

    About the Speaker:

    Timothy Miller, DPM, FACFAS

    Dr. Miller is double board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons in foot surgery and reconstructive rearfoot/ankle surgery. Furthermore, he is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Miller is an expert in lower extremity deformity correction, limb salvage procedures, and trauma of the lower extremity. He holds certifications in orthoplastic and microsurgical techniques of the lower extremity, including peripheral nerve repair. Dr. Miller holds additional certifications in arthroscopic surgery of the foot and ankle, along with total ankle joint replacement. He serves in multiple state and national leadership roles. Dr, Miller has authored national publications and has presented on local and national levels.
